Captain Allan is a USCG Certified Master Captain. Born and raised in Sea Bright, NJ on a marina in which they’re family owned, his love for the water began at a very young age. He learned from his grandfather and father the waterways and inshore/offshore fisheries. With over 30 years experience, Allan has targeted all types of species from fluke, stripers, sea bass, bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna, mahi, tile and other various species found in the east coast waters. As a successful entrepreneur who started and ran his own business for 15 years and recently sold, Allan is excited to pursue his dreams of being a full time charter captain. His love and passion for fishing is shared on every trip and he looks forward to creating personalized experiences with each and every guest.

Captain Matty is a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain. Residing in Point Pleasant Beach NJ, he has well over 25 years experience in the industry. With over 10yrs of mating for some of the top head boats in our area, it was an easy choice adding Capt. Matt to the Shoot’em family as our other main charter captain. He comes from a family of fisherman and fisherwoman. A well known, experienced angler that has spent his life on or around the water. Fishing is his main passion and specializes in all facets of the nj fisheries both inshore & offshore. He really excels in bottom fishing and putting his customers on big fluke, Seabass, Blackfish, etc. Rest assured you won’t find a harder working more dedicated captain. Whatever it takes to ensure an epic day out on the water he puts all his clients first and does his absolute best to get them on the fish.

Anthony has been fishing since the age of 3 and brings over 25 years of saltwater fishing experience on board with him. He has over 15 years of mating experience and has learned from some of the best fishermen New Jersey has to offer. From both the surf and the boat he is a seasoned veteran in the fishing industry. Though his passion is light tackle striper fishing and jigging and popping tuna he can do it all from fluke to marlin. Anthony has the experience and is always ready for a challenge. A teacher by day, he brings the same desire to teach the clients on board Shoot’em Sportfishing, all they will need to know for a successful day…Or night on the water. Selecting him to join our team was an easy decision, he is sure to be an asset to our crew!

Captain Eli is a USCG OUPV certified captain. Growing up in Cinnaminson, NJ with a family that had fished for generations, Eli quickly became obsessed with the sport early in life. Eli has a wealth of knowledge passed down from his grandfather and father who he actively fished with for numerous years out of Barnegat Light, NJ. Over the past decade, he has targeted a variety of species from inshore game like fluke, stripers, bluefish, weakfish, and sea bass to offshore game such as bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna, big eye tuna, and mahi. Being no stranger to the boating industry, Eli is also a US licensed sailing instructor. From teaching sailing on the water to offshore fishing in the canyons, Eli has salt in his blood. During the year, Eli is a master baker at his family business making his desire and passion for pleasing customers a top priority. Always chasing the thrill of the next catch, Captain Eli’s love and appreciation of the sport is second to none.

Captain Brett Surmick is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. Captain Brett dedicated his time as a student at the Marine Mechanics Institute Orlando, Florida. After successfully graduating, Captain Brett moved to the New Jersey coast to pursue a career as a marine engine technician. His passion for saltwater fishing began at the age of 7, with many countless trips fishing for striped bass on the Raritan Bay. Brett then slowly made his way offshore by the age of 14 fishing the northeast canyons for tuna. Brett has a passion to fish for anything from Seabass to Bigeyes and everything in between. Brett will do what it takes to put his customers on the fish, whether it’s deep dropping for swords or jigging and popping trophy tuna.

Rayan Hmidi has been saltwater fishing since the age of 7. Rayan has been mating on fishing boats for the past several years specializing in Striped Bass, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefish, Fluke, and Tilefish. While Rayan is also a full time college student and entrepreneur, he works hard every day to support his dreams of getting on the water to land the next trophy fish. His passion for fishing motivates him to ensure smiles on everyone’s faces while also putting in every bit of time and energy to put fish on the boat.
